We recently sold our home with the help of Miles and Martha.

They made suggestions on preparing our home for showings and the sale and kept in constant contact with us as we completed everything in preparation for going on the market. I went with one realtor for six months and was thrown onto MLS while realtor sat back, and did nothing except not properly vett buyers.

My mom's villa sold in 2 weeks.
Yes 2 weeks. It had been on the market since July , listed with another agent. We decided to try listing with another broker, but didn't start to look yet. Miles Loss called my mom and shared his ideas on how to list the villa and we decided to meet and hear what they had to say. They talked about virtual staging and using the internet to show the villa. The pictures they showed us were wonderful and it gave you an idea of what some of the rooms would look like with modern furniture. They suggested we replace 2 ceiling fans with ones that had lights and what a difference they made. They made other suggestions that were necessary and it sold!
